3 minutes of slow jog
10 sets of 400 m must finish by 2 minutes
We all are tired so tired everyone was gapping their breathe
Using the parachute,must spring,400m 1 set only
Then i ran with the parachute & i reach the finish line,

i think she knows that im going to give up,so as the team
But after she hugged me&the team went like "good job syai"

Without her the team felt a little bit down

& we did great for the match
im proud of you,
We played with the Canberra biys & B division

Bdivision boys 2-3
We lost by 1 only
& you girls did great!
Syasya would be happy if she saw that score
That score ,the first score was so cool.
aidil played for us &he hit & it went to Rahim stick & the ball went up
Then the ball went to Syaheeza

& the ball went up & ama just hit the ball & SCORE
Me,Mia&Monyet was like "Wow!"
& we laughed
Me,Syaheeza&Meera played centre half
Meera replace Syasya
& Tomorrow we have a friendly match againts Japan university
Must be in school by 7:45am
& i dont know if i could wake up
